Customer-obsessed product leader, experienced in data-driven personalization strategies that leverage omnichannel growth and retention loops, leading to over $2B in sales, millions of app loads, and consistent funnel conversion improvements (avg. 3-5%). I want to expand into web3, gaming, virtual reality, or other innovative spaces.

WHAT SETS ME APART

A true unicorn, my experiences as a designer, front-end developer, and product manager coalesce to form a unique, empathetic customer-centric perspective.

My time in the ultra-fast-paced food space has prepared me to work in matrix environments handling real-time, low latency, high-volume transactions and data synchronously through multiple touchpoints such as digital apps and brick & mortar.

Having worked at companies of all sizes, from owner-bootstrapped to internal skunkworks, from VC-backed to publicly traded, I have learned how to effectively lead and collaborate in any environment./2

EXPERIENCE

Disney - Next Generation Storytelling, Sr Product Manager, 2022 - 23

Under Bob Chapek, Disney introduced a new (highly-publicized) immersive entertainment division called Next Generation Storytelling. As one of five PMs, I worked on a Disney-wide real-time rewards and quests program to reduce subscriber churn and increase LTV.

VistaPrint, Director of Product - Growth & Retention, 2021 - 22

VistaPrint is the leader in the mass customization space, with annual revenue upwards of $1.6B. I was responsible for forming a new team focused on increasing retention and LTV through user-centric jobs-to-be-done practices focusing on outcomes.

Restaurant Brands International - Sr Product Manager Shared Experience Platform, 2019 - 21

RBI is one of the world's largest quick-service restaurant companies, with approximately $35 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 29,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries. RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. My role was to build a SaaS e-commerce user experience platform for the rbi brands to leverage.

Sonic Drive-In - Senior Product Manager/Web Technical Lead - Digital Web, 2015 - 19

Inspire Brands acquired Sonic in 2018. The tech our team created was a significant reason for the acquisition. One of 4 PMs, I helped transition Sonic from a monolith API infrastructure into microservices that could handle high-volume real-time transactions through digital touchpoints. Sonic's revenue was approx—$ 450M in 2018.

Sonic Drive-In - Developer/Web Producer, 2014 - 15

Hired initially as part of a 4-person incubator, our team focused on delivering quick wins through lean agile practices as a part of strategic changes for the organization. The goal was to break the system by delivering learnings and results. I was the primary front-end developer for the team.

FUN FACTS

In 2015, I launched LOKAL Food Trucks, a food truck finder app, with some friends. It made the local news in OKC.

In 2011, I created an app, MiBoxes, from scratch. It was a QR-based storage app. You created an entry, snapped a pic of the box contents, and then printed out a QR code to go on the box. You could scan the QR code to see the contents, so never had to open the box. I taught myself Ruby on Rails and built the entire app on my own, including the APIs.
